Take a Virtual Tour of a Custom Shiloh in Williamson County

Customer Stories, Custom Homes, Virtual Tour

Nestled in the heart of Williamson County, this family designed their perfect Shiloh (retired floorplan) and, in turn, moved into their forever home. With the help of design consultant Taylor McIntyre, flawless design choices and beautiful color selections come together to create this stunning Shiloh not far from our Georgetown design center

As the family steps through their front door onto their charming ceramic tile floors, they are instantly greeted with a sense of home. They foyer is flanked by a dining room and flex room on either side of the door. As they step further into the home, the space opens into a spacious family room that immediately draws your eyes to the corner where a magnificent stone fireplace sits. This wood burning fireplace, accented beautifully by the rough-sawn cedar mantle, will be the perfect place for this family to rest and warm up on those chilly central Texas winter nights. Two massive windows sit adjacent to the fireplace and allow natural light to spill into the space, making this family room that much more inviting.

Next to the family room sits the kitchen, which is in a class of its own. Arch ways line the entrances to the kitchen which allow this open concept plan to close off just a little, adding some intimacy to each of the various spaces in the common areas of this home. A grandiose island sits in the center of this magnificent kitchen, adding to the enormous amount of counter space. A large eating bar separates the kitchen from the family room which both closes off the space and provides a central location in the home for friends and family to gather and enjoy time together. Topped off by a large farmhouse sink and an even larger walk-in pantry, this kitchen is the icing on the cake of the home.

Completely secluded on one side of the home, the master suite offers a wonderfully intimate place for the owners to retreat to after long days. Set up with a semi-frameless walk-in shower and an enormous soaking tub, the bathroom in the master suite is simply amazing. The master suite, which is topped off by a spacious walk-in closet, only perpetuates the immaculate design choices throughout this home.

On the opposite side of this Shiloh sit three secondary bedrooms that share their own dual vanity bathroom. A huge 3-car garage, with a separate storage shed attached, complete this family's expertly designed Shiloh in the heart of Texas. The family implemented several custom options throughout their home. These include the wood burning fireplace in the family room, a large rear porch, the farmhouse sink in the kitchen, and the three car garage.
