The left side of this home features a utility room leading to the attached 2 car garage, a powder room, and a spacious master suite with a vast walk-in closet, oversize shower, and soaking tub. A hallway connects to the living quarters on the opposite side, including two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and desk space. Adjoining the two sides, the kitchen with attached breakfast nook and large adjacent family room are situated at the rear, while a study and foyer flowing into an open dining area greet you at the front entrance. Our model home in Katy includes the optional upstairs bonus and theater rooms, bringing its total square footage to 3,744.
Light fills the wide-open spaces of the Magnolia. The front entrance opens into a spacious foyer with a study and closet to the left. The large family room ahead flows into the kitchen and dining area, with an adjacent open flex room that is perfect to use as an entertainment room, separate lounge, or anything you desire. Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
