Light, space, and comfort characterize the Nottingham. The front entrance opens into a foyer that flows into the main gathering space, which includes the dining room, family room, kitchen, and breakfast area. Large windows and a raised ceiling in the family room brighten the space. The kitchen features a sizable eating bar, and the adjacent utility room has space for a secondary freezer. Left of the kitchen, there are two bedrooms separated by a bathroom and closet. On the opposite end of the home is a study and the master suite, which has a large walk-in closet, soaking tub, oversize seated shower, and dual vanities.
Raised and stepped ceilings, plenty of windows, sizable covered porches, and an open design create a welcoming gathering space in the Palacios. The front entrance opens into a large flex room on the right, family room ahead, and kitchen to the left. The kitchen features an open counter with an eating bar looking into the family room, a dining area, and a walk-in pantry, with space for a chest freezer in the adjacent utility room. The right side of the home holds a master suite with an oversize seated shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet, as well as separate living quarters made up of two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
