Meet our Customers: Will R. from Klondike, Tx
Will and his wife had purchased a large piece of land in Klondike, Texas and immediately knew who they trusted to build their new home. They had met with Cheyanne at the McKinney design center who helped them get the ball rolling.
After taking a road trip through east and central Texas, they were able to narrow their home search down to one plan: the Nueces.
“And we decided we were going to do the Nueces. And we got in contact with Cheyenne and started making some of the changes. We took a little bit of each home, seemed like, with paint schemes or entry levels or easier access.”
One of Will’s favorite aspects of working with Tilson was the friendliness and comfort he and his wife felt when working through the whole process.
“It was very easy. Tilson, they just hire nice people. They're so friendly."
Will went on to say,
“Tilson make things happen and they give you the confidence and help build your confidence through the whole process. They literally take you step by step through everything.”
On top of our friendly demeanors and confident building techniques, Will loved Tilson’s EasyBuy financing program, which took out the hassle of dealing with lenders and construction loans.
“We tried to go through another lender at first and they kept dragging their feet. Things just kept getting held up by them, so we contacted Tilson with one of their financing-- with their EasyBuy program. And it was just so smooth, so simple.”
The result of their process was Will and his wife moving into their dream home and they couldn’t be happier.
“Some of our neighbors here got to see some of the process and they've asked us some questions. If they wanted to get a house built, I would definitely send them Tilson's way.”
