Kelly and Dave began their custom home builder search without much luck. They felt they weren’t being listened to by the builders they had met with, until they found Tilson Homes. Since they were building their forever home on their land, they felt strongly about working with a builder who would hear their concerns and answer their questions. 

It was also important that their builder was able to make the customizations that would meet Dave and Kelly’s needs. They had walked through a model home tour and fell in love right away, but had some ideas on how to make it their own.

Kelly and Dave especially enjoyed the ease of choosing their colors and finishes inside and outside their home. They were also pleased with how easy it was to get in touch with everyone who had a hand in building their home. From their builder to their design consultant, there was always someone ready to talk them through the process.
