Alan and Katie bought their land in Edna, Texas in 2019. They had both grown up in rural environments and felt strongly about allowing their children to grow up the same way. 

“We both grew up on farms, running around in wide open spaces, riding four wheelers, horses, raising animals, all of that. So we wanted our kids to be able to experience that as well.”-Katie

Once the two of them purchased their land and done their research on builders throughout the state, they chose Tilson to assist them with their forever home. 

“Just no construction loan, all of the packages that they had for everything. We had looked at quite a few other builders throughout the years, and every time it just led us back to Tilson.”-Katie

Throughout the entire process, their design consultant Jerry was ready to assist them with anything they needed. Katie and Alan loved that they could call or text Jerry when something came up, and how easy he made the designing process.

Now that Alan, Katie, and their family have moved into their forever home, they couldn’t be happier.
