The Angelina is designed around a spacious and bright gathering space. The front entrance’s foyer opens into a connected family room, kitchen, and dining area, with a wall of windows and a covered porch at the rear. The kitchen features an island with a sink and large eating bar. There is also a walk-in pantry and an adjacent utility room that has space for a chest freezer. Next to the dining area is a master suite with double walk-in closets and an oversized shower with corner seat. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are situated at the opposite end of the house, and a large study or optional bedroom connects to the foyer.
Separated living quarters, a quiet study, and a large, open central gathering space make the Tampico perfect for families that value both closeness and privacy. The central area includes a large family room that is open to the kitchen and dining area, and is overlooked by an open counter and eating bar. The kitchen also features a walk-in pantry and island, with the option to relocate the adjacent utility room for a larger pantry. Two split bedrooms and a bathroom sit on the right side of the house, and the spacious master suite with a large walk-in closet is on the left.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
