Our Spring Design Center is located just outside of Houston in the Texas Gulf region. The location can be reached by taking I-45 North to Cypresswood (Exit #68). Our experienced sales counselors welcome the opportunity to help you through the process of building the home of your dreams. The San Jacinto is a bright and spacious home, with raised ceilings throughout and wood beams in the family room and dining room for elegant flair. Coming in from a large covered porch, the foyer opens into the dining room and family room, with a sizable kitchen and breakfast nook adjoining the two. An eating bar and open counter space separates the family room and kitchen, and a utility room, powder room, and flex room branch off from the left side. The luxurious master suite on the opposite end includes a corner soaking tub, seated shower, and large walk-in closet. Three bedrooms and a bathroom make up the rest of the living quarters.
The Brazoria Floor Plan is perfect for a spacious and well-thought-out living space. It offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a powder bathroom located conveniently off of the foyer. The master suite boasts dual vanities along with his and her closets. Additionally, there is a study, a walk-in pantry, and a large utility room. This floor plan blends practicality with spaciousness making it perfect for anyone wanting to combine comfort with convenience.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
