Our San Marcos design center is located between Austin and San Antonio, in the heart of the Hill Country. The design center can be reached by taking I-35S from Austin and taking Exit #207, or I-35N from San Antonio and taking Exit #206. We invite you to visit and tour one of our two model homes, the Palo Duro and the Guadalupe. Our knowledgeable sales counselors welcome the opportunity to help you through the process of building the home of your dreams.

The Guadalupe is centered on a large family room that opens
into a long covered porch at the rear of the home. The kitchen and dining area
are situated at the front of the layout, featuring an open counter and eating bar that overlooks the family room. An open foyer at the front entrance connects to a sizable flex room, which can be used for entertaining or converted into an additional bedroom. The master suite on the left side of the home features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet.
The Palo Duro offers a thoughtfully designed split floor plan, highlighted by a spacious master suite that's perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Its open layout makes it ideal for hosting guests or relaxing on one of the two covered porches. Additional features include a dedicated study, a generously sized walk-in pantry, and a roomy kitchen, all of which add to the flexibility and customization options of this versatile home plan.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
