Located in Central Texas between Austin and Temple, our Georgetown Design Center can be reached by taking Exit #264 from I-35 South (from Temple) or #265 from I-35 North (from Austin). We invite you to visit and tour one of our two model homes, the Barton Springs and the San Gabriel. Our experienced sales counselors welcome the opportunity to help you through the process of building the home of your dreams.

The Barton Springs floorplan offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a flexible study, making it perfect for a variety of lifestyles. The master suite is a luxurious retreat with two spacious walk-in closets, dual sinks, and an oversized walk-in shower. The open-concept family room, dining area, and kitchen create an inviting space for entertaining and everyday living. With its thoughtful design and versatile layout, the Barton Springs is a home that adapts to your needs.
The San Gabriel is a uniquely designed home that is perfect for small families. It has plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining, with a large family room that is open to the dining area and overlooked by an open counter and eating bar in the kitchen. With a raised ceiling and windows throughout, the main gathering space in this home is filled with light. Extending from the right side of the family room is a utility room and the master suite, complete with an oversize ceramic tile shower, soaking tub, large walk-in closet, and dual vanities. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom branch off from the foyer at the front entrance.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
