Located just outside of Houston in the Texas Gulf region, our award-winning Katy Design Center can be reached by taking I-10 West from Houston to the Pin Oak Road Exit. The design center is about 1 mile up on the right. We invite you to visit and tour one of our two model homes, the Fredericksburg and the Magnolia.
