Everyone in your family has room to live comfortably in the Nueces. Each bedroom is separated by plenty of space, giving privacy and quiet to you and your kids. Top it off with a spacious and modern gathering area in the center, and you have the perfect home for a small family.

The master suite takes up the entire right side of the Nueces. A doorway just past the kitchen leads into the master bedroom, which has a raised ceiling and a large walk-in closet. There’s another walk-in closet in the bathroom, along with dual separated vanities with knee space between them. This gives you and your partner plenty of room to share this suite without clutter.

You’ll also find a soaking tub in the master bathroom, right next to the ceramic tile shower. With a large window next to the soaking tub, it’s a lovely place to unwind after work or before bed. If you’re not interested in a soaking tub, many of our customers choose to remove this feature to make space for a larger walk-in shower. 

On the opposite side of the home, a hallway off the foyer connects the two smaller bedrooms, the utility room, a full bathroom, and a hallway closet. Both bedrooms have closet space, and the bedroom at the front of the home has windows that look out onto a large covered porch. The utility room has extra space that can be used for a chest freezer or a table for sorting laundry.

When you’re ready to sit down for movie night or invite your family over for the holidays, the center of the house gives you a great place to get together. The family room is spacious and welcoming, with a raised ceiling and three oversize windows at the back. These windows fill the room with sunlight during the day, and give you a great view of your property.

The kitchen and family room are separated by an open counter with a couple of columns. This counter has an eating bar, which is a natural first-stop for guests on their way to the family room. You’ll find yourself at this counter often, talking with your kids while they have their breakfast at the bar, or continuing the conversation with your company as you fix dinner.

When you’re busy making meals, you’ll appreciate the island in the center of the kitchen for extra work space. There are plenty of cabinets and drawers to help you stay organized, and a walk-in pantry for easy food storage. When dinner is ready, it’s a short walk to the kitchen’s dining area to set the table. Our model home in Spring has a standard dinner table with some other furniture, but there’s enough room in this area for a much larger table if needed.
