The tour begins before you ever step through the door. Eric highlights the Brazoria's "Elevation E," which features an exquisite painted brick exterior with herringbone patterns and rustic wood accents. This design choice immediately establishes an "old-world feel," blending classic architectural style with a clean, updated aesthetic.
As you approach the entryway, you're greeted by a tall 16-foot ceiling on the covered porch, leading to an impressive 8-foot tall door. This grand entrance sets the stage for the luxury within. Stepping into the foyer, the sense of space continues with a 14-foot ceiling and a stunning light fixture, all grounded by elegant porcelain wood-look tile. It's a first impression that promises comfort, style, and meticulous attention to detail.
The Heart of the Home: Kitchen & Living Spaces
The Brazoria is designed for modern living, where open-concept spaces encourage connection and entertainment. The family room is a perfect example, featuring gorgeous custom pine box beam ceilings and large fixed-glass windows that flood the space with natural light. While gazing above, you'll also notice the use of a beautiful chandelier instead of a traditional ceiling fan, showcasing just one option of the many ways you can personalize your lighting to create a specific ambiance.
From the family room, we move into what Eric calls an "unparalleled" kitchen. This space is a masterclass in both design and function. Key features include:

- Professional Appliances: The Frigidaire professional appliance package, including a six-burner range and a pot filler, is a home chef's dream.
