Essential Support for Building on Your Land

Starting prices for our Republic Grand Ranch curated collection of homes include the following professional property services

  • 150' water connection line
  • Up to 1 acre of site clearing, including initial Hydro Ax underbrush clearing
  • Aerobic septic system for homes with up to 4 bedrooms, including design, permitting, installation, and a 2-year maintenance agreement
  • 150' construction drive
  • 24" × 20' concrete culvert, including design, permitting, and installation
  • 400 linear feet of silt fencing for erosion control during construction
  • 3,000 sq. ft. of concrete flatwork for permanent driveways or walkways
  • Asphalt driveway connection at the final 2' of the driveway at the street, as required by the county
  • Boundary survey for properties up to 2 acres
  • Form survey, as required by Republic Grand Ranch
  • Improvement survey, if required by your mortgage lender
  • Allowance for dirt pad and foundation preparation
  • Electrical connection: A 150' electrical connection line is provided by Sam Houston Electric Cooperative when you establish your utility account. Utility-provider fees apply.
