Our Weatherford Model Home Center is located west of Fort Worth. The design center can be reached by taking I-20 West from Fort Worth to Exit #406, turn left, then East (left) on the frontage road. Our qualified sales counselors welcome the opportunity to help you through the process of building the home of your dreams. We invite you to visit and tour our Breckenridge model home, and watch the progress of our newest model, the Cisco, currently under construction!

The 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Cisco is the perfect place to call home. With a raised ceiling in the family room and foyer, this home feels open and spacious. The large kitchen island with an eating bar and walk-in pantry provides plenty of space for cooking and storing food. The master bath features an oversized walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The split bedroom design gives everyone privacy in their own space.
Typically, building a new home involves a construction loan from a bank, credit union, or other financial institution - not with Tilson. If you build with Tilson you don’t need a separate construction loan or interim financing to build a home on your lot.
