Essential Support for Building on Your Land
Starting prices for the homes we build in the Estates of Grand Ranch include the following professional property services:
- 100' electrical connection line
- 100' water connection line
- Up to 1 acre of site clearing, including initial Hydro Ax underbrush clearing
- Aerobic septic system for homes with up to 4 bedrooms, including design, permitting, installation, and a 2-year maintenance agreement
- 100' construction drive
- 24" × 20' concrete culvert, including design, permitting, and installation
- 400 linear feet of silt fencing for erosion control during construction
- 2,000 sq. ft. of concrete flatwork for permanent driveways or walkways
- Asphalt driveway connection at the final 2' of the driveway at the street, as required by the county
- Boundary survey for properties up to 2 acres
- Form survey, as required by Estates of Grand Ranch
- Improvement survey, if required by your mortgage lender
- Allowance for dirt pad and foundation preparation
