he Nacogdoches Plan: The perfect fit for the Robinsons

The Robinson Family embarked on an exciting journey to build their dream home choosing the Nacogdoches B floor plan. The Nacogdoches plan is a thoughtfully designed single-story home that balances functionality and comfort. Starting at 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,533 square feet of living space, it’s perfect for families looking for a spacious yet cozy layout. This home features an open-concept design, with a family room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly connected. The kitchen includes a corner walk-in pantry and an island with an eating bar, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. On the other side of the home, the living quarters include two bedrooms, a full bathroom, along with a master suite and a large walk-in closet.

The Nacogdoches B plan was the perfect choice to meet the Robinson Family's needs. Its open layout and thoughtful design made it the ideal plan for their dream home. They added several custom options to their Nacogdoches to make it uniquely theirs. These included a walk-in shower in the master bathroom, a stunning cathedral ceiling in the family room, a rear covered porch for outdoor relaxation, and an attached two-car side-load garage for added convenience.

Contract Day: The Beginning of a Dream

For the Robinson Family, contract day was filled with excitement as it marked the first official step in their home-building journey. This milestone symbolized the start of turning their dream into reality, and the family couldn’t have been happier to begin this adventure. After signing the contract, Ms. Robinson and her son took a memorable photo with their sales consultant, Lauren, to commemorate the occasion. This photo captured the joy and anticipation of the moment, serving as a reminder of the exciting journey ahead.

Pre-Construction Meeting: The Start of Their Building Journey
The Pre-Construction meeting sets the stage for the exciting construction journey ahead. It was during this meeting that they met their sales consultant and builder at the Robinsons property in Bosque County for the first time to officially kickstart the construction process.

Slab Pour: The First Step in Building

The slab pour marked the first tangible step in building the Robinson Family’s home. It was an emotional and exciting moment, as the foundation symbolized the start of their dream becoming a reality.
To make this milestone even more special, Ms. Robinson brought her son and their dog to the site that morning. Together, they left handprints and paw prints in the foundation of their soon-to-be new home. This heartfelt gesture added a personal touch to the very base of their house, ensuring that their family’s presence would always be a part of it. This moment was not just about construction; it was about creating memories and building a home filled with love.

Notes of Love on the Framing: A Home Filled with Heart

One of the most touching moments in the Robinsons’ journey was writing notes of love on the framing of their home. These heartfelt messages added a personal touch, ensuring that their home was built not just with materials, but with love and intention.
