The Intro Walk is a guided tour with the Construction Manager just before the final touches are put in place. By this point, the drywall is up, the cabinets are installed, and the home truly looks and feels like a finished space. This walk-through allows homeowners to see the combination of all their decisions and our team's hard work. Their builder walked them through each part of the house, looking at every detail and explaining how their home works. This was an opportunity for Mr. and Mrs. Pierce to ask all their questions and address any concerns before closing day.

The Ribbon Cutting: Welcome Home, Pierce Family!

The final step in this wonderful journey is the ribbon-cutting. This is the celebration that marks the official handover of the keys. Surrounded by family, our team, and the home they built together, the Pierce family stood at their new front door, ready to begin their next chapter.
