Meet Our Customers: Jennifer H.

Customer Stories

Jennifer and her husband Clint hosted their first family gathering in their Tilson home 10 days after closing on it. They knew they wanted their new home in Tarrant County to be the destination for holidays and family events and are so happy to have found that with Tilson. 



“Our family is excited to come over and share in the joy of our house… We are now the designated host of Thanksgiving, Christmas, all of that. That’s what I wanted was a house where we had space to entertain. Where people felt comfortable to come over and sit on the couch or sit at the bar and enjoy a snack, enjoy a drink and just relax” -Jennifer


Clint and Jennifer own an engineering company that installs septic systems. When they got a call to install one for Tilson, they had a chance to see first-hand how Tilson matches craftsmanship with quality construction. 


"Our first exposure to Tilson was designing a septic system for Tilson. When we went on the job site and saw the house under construction, knowing that we wanted to build our own house eventually. We were so impressed by the quality of the house we saw, even in the early stages of construction." -Jennifer

One major point of emphasis for Jennifer and Clint was for their children to grow up in a large space where they'd be able to have fun and grow. Jennifer's Daughter couldn't be more happy with her and her siblings' new home.

 "I love it because me and my brother and sister, out here we can just run and be kids.... Now that we’re here, I’m happy because in here I can have a bunch of friends over for a sleepover… I just have a lot more space to have friends over”

Jennifer and Clint also loved Tilson's EasyBuy Financing program versus the traditional construction loans that other builders required. 

“When we learned about Tilson’s EasyBuy financing program, it was a done deal. We had looked into construction loans with other builders .. It seemed like such a risk, a gamble to go get a construction loan, to make the interest payments, and not really know how our money was spent.” -Jennifer


After construction was finished and the process was done, Jennifer and Clint knew they'd recommend Tilson to their friends and family.
